  • Discovery Call (1 Hour Session)

    We’ll start with a comprehensive, 1-hour session to review your health history, discuss your goals, and begin designing your personalized health plan. This sets the foundation for your journey.

  • Review of Findings (1 Hour Session)

    After evaluating your assessments, lab results, and progress, we’ll have a 1-hour review session to discuss our findings and refine your health plan, ensuring it's tailored to your unique needs.

  • Weekly Check-Ins for the First Month (4 Sessions)

    Regular 30-minute check-in sessions once a week during the first month. These sessions provide ongoing guidance, track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and offer continuous support to ensure you’re on the right path.

  • Bi-Weekly Check-Ins for Months 2 and 3 (4 Sessions)

    For the next two months, we’ll move to a bi-weekly check-in schedule. These 30 minute sessions allow for deeper reflection, assessment, and fine-tuning of your progress.

  • Once-A-Month Check-In for Months 4-12 (9 Sessions)

    For the remaining months of the program, you’ll receive 30-minute monthly check-ins to maintain momentum, address any questions, and ensure long-term health sustainability.

  • Free Functional AND Longevity specific supplements 

    For 6 months supplements provided as part of your health plan are free, these will be available at a discounted rate. For months 6-12 enjoy 30 % off of all supplements. Enjoy 25% off of functional supplements (excludes longevity supplements) after that.
